Late and Missed Appointments Policy
Missed Appointments:
Late for your appointment: If you are going to be late, 15mins or more for your scheduled appointment, please call the clinic to reschedule.
If you arrive more than 15mins late for your appointment, we may not be able to see your pet, and will reschedule for another day.
Medication Refill Policy
For any medication refills, please call the clinic 5 to 7 business days before you run out of medication. Some items are special orders and may take up to 5-7 business days to come in.
